As a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI) working towards a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, I can help with that transition. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety or just trying to juggle your new role, we can work together to promote stronger family bonds and a happier motherhood.
Anxiety and depression can stem from any number of life events that you may encounter. Using a combination of client centered and behavioral therapy treatment techniques, we will work to develop coping skills and improve your quality of life.
